All content, digital assets, product listings, product photography, logos, graphics, brand representations, and textual material displayed on the Reshopix platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Reshopix or its registered partners/vendors. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution, hotlinking, or modification of any material on this website for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and shall attract strict legal action under intellectual property laws.

2. PRODUCT CATALOG & REPRESENTATION

Reshopix operates an online retail marketplace offering goods across multiple consumer categories, including but not limited to: Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Kitchen Ware, Health and Wellness, Electronics, Footwear, and Fitness. While we make every logical effort to display product variations, dimensions, colors, and technical specifications as accurately as possible, slight visual discrepancies may occur due to screen resolutions or manufacturing upgrades. Reshopix reserves the right to modify inventory limits, alter product pricing, or discontinue specific product lines at any time without prior public notice.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING REALIZATION

 Verification: All standard customer orders are verified internally within 1 to 2 business days from the formal submission date. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require telephone or digital confirmation before package dispatch.

 Delivery Timelines: Standard logistical transit takes between 7 to 9 working days across domestic delivery routes in India. Unforeseen logistical interruptions, public holidays, extreme weather, or regional restrictions may lengthen this window.

 Accuracy of User Data: The purchaser bears sole responsibility for providing precise contact information, including correct postal pin codes and active mobile contact numbers. Reshopix will not be held liable for delayed or returned deliveries caused by inaccurate customer addresses.

4. PAYMENT METHODS & FINANCIAL TERMS

The store facilitates immediate point-of-sale transactions via secure online standard protocols (integrated third-party payment gateways allowing UPI, authorized major Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking) as well as deferred Cash on Delivery (COD) structures. All listed prices are inclusive of applicable domestic statutory taxes unless stated otherwise at the final check-out station. Title and ownership rights over physical goods pass directly to the consumer only upon complete receipt of the respective financial payment by our agents or delivery partners.

5. 3-7 DAY STATUTORY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In accordance with optimal e-commerce trade practices, Reshopix enforces a strict 3-7 day customer satisfaction return window. If a product exhibits visual damage, manufacturing defects, missing pieces, or fit discrepancies (in fashion/footwear segments), the customer must report the problem and raise a formal return request within exactly 3-7 calendar days from the tracked delivery date. Returned goods must remain unused, unwashed, and retained within their original factory packaging with tags attached to guarantee processing approval.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Reshopix, its management, partners, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform, purchase of products, or temporary server/website downtime. Users accept that the platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This legal framework, policy structure, and any commercial disputes arising from transactions conducted on the Reshopix website shall be strictly governed by and construed in accordance with the federal and state laws of India. Any official legal claims or proceedings must be executed within the competent local courts holding jurisdiction over the business operation base of the website owners.
